Our Story

Welcome to Performance Mantra! Our journey began with a shared belief in the power of a holistic lifestyle—a philosophy we’ve embraced in our own lives. With diverse backgrounds spanning martial arts, yoga, strength training, team sports like football and beach volleyball, as well as dancing and bouldering, we deeply believe in the importance of movement and mindfulness.

Performance Mantra was born out of a passion to share these principles. Our goal is to empower individuals and teams by promoting a lifestyle that fosters vitality, mental clarity, and productivity in a sustainable manner. Through our carefully crafted workshops, we aim to inspire and guide you to live a healthier, and more mindful life.

Meet The Team

Dr. Ashwin Phatak holds a PhD in Exercise Science, an MSc in Sports Sciences, and a BSc in Physics. His extensive academic background and experience as a scientific researcher have endowed him with profound knowledge in data science, training science, health science, and psychology. Coupled with his practical experience as a coach, trainer, and yoga practitioner, Dr. Phatak is instrumental in developing the programs at Performance Mantra. Ashwin’s ability to navigate complex technical challenges, combined with his deep understanding of human psychology, makes him one of our most valuable assets. His expertise is crucial in helping us cultivate a healthy, happy, and productive work culture for your team.

Anton holds a bachelor's in sport and performance and is currently finishing up his MSc in Sport Psychology. He also holds several trainer licenses and has extensive experience leading group seminars, team training sessions, and sports coaching. His knowledge of strength training and human psychology helps us bring a holistic mind-body approach to your firm. Having lived in multiple countries while playing and studying various team sports, Anton combines his international perspective with professional expertise, making him exceptionally well-suited to enhance the group cohesion of your team.
